Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By installing Zactar via the Shopify App Store or Chrome Web Store, or by accessing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must uninstall the application immediately.

2. Description of Service

Zactar provides an AI customer support copilot for Shopify merchants operating in Gmail. The service surfaces order information, drafts suggested customer replies, and triggers merchant-approved actions (such as order cancellations and refunds) via Shopify APIs.

3. Merchant Responsibilities & AI Content Review

Zactar is a draft-first copilot designed to assist human agents. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for reviewing, modifying, and approving all draft replies before sending them to your customers.
• You are solely responsible for authorizing any 1-click order mutations (e.g. cancellations, address updates, refunds).
• Zactar is not liable for customer disputes, chargebacks, or inventory issues arising from merchant-approved actions or replies.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

All subscription fees are billed through the Shopify Billing API in accordance with Shopify's App Store Billing policies. Subscription charges are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time by uninstalling the application from your Shopify Admin.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zactar and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
